1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Sale, clearance, and customized items are non-returnable unless defective.
2. Return Process
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for sending the item back to us.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was sent.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for size or color (subject to stock availability).
- If the requested replacement is not available, we will process a refund instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Customized or special-order products
- Intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
